OUR FOUNDER

Meet the person who makes our company thrive

Leah Z. Caringal is an experienced communicator and leader with over 25 years in the business of sharing stories and ideas.


Her journey in ESG started as part of role as client lead in her Communications agencies Greenbulb Communications and RedTorch Communications.


Transitioning to ESG came as naturally with the evolving need to better communicate the role of corporates in improving lives.


Leah Caringal finished Communications at the Ateneo de Manila University. She also earned a certificate from Said Business School of University of Oxford for completing the Women Transforming Leadership Programme in 2017.


She is an active volunteer in I Can Serve, a breast cancer survivor support group that promotes early breast cancer detection by espousing education on women’s health issues, especially at the grass roots. She is also an active member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), and proud member of the Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (PBCWE) and a founding trustee of the Creator and Influencer Council of the Philippines.
