Maria Zunally E. Rapada currently serves as the ESG and Sustainability Manager at Bihasa Consultancy while pursuing a Doctorate in Sustainability at the University of the Philippines (Open University). 

Prior to her role at Bihasa Consultancy, she served as a seasoned educator and researcher, dedicating a decade to transforming the education sector and managing research projects at De La Salle University - Manila. Her academic journey has been diverse, focusing on behavioral economics, sustainability, and industry studies. 

Beyond academia, she actively engages in social enterprises and sustainability initiatives, utilizing her expertise to help students and marginalized communities work together, empower them to develop their own social enterprises and find ways to localize the UN Sustainable Development Goals. 

She obtained both her master's and bachelor's degrees in Applied Economics from the same university.
