Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement ESG framework, strategies and goals for the organization
Develop annual and long-term Sustainable Development Goals that are aligned with the company's vision and business direction.
Collaborate with various departments to identify areas of improvement in the organization's ESG performance
Conduct ESG assessments and benchmarking to track progress and set targets
Develop and manage sustainability initiatives, such as improvement in corporate policies, CSR projects, etc.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure compliance with ESG policies and regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and suppliers
Monitor and report on ESG performance to senior management and stakeholders
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in ESG and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business or related field
5+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of relevant ESG frameworks and standards
